Traveler, my breeding stock paint has a really bad case of mud fever this year. Just when I think I have a handle on getting it under control- it starts to pound down rain again and the mud becomes an issue again. Hopefully in the following days it is supposed to start drying out. The farrier is coming tomorrow to do a trim, I don't think that he will be able to handle Trav's feet at all-

Aww, poor Traveler and poor you. I hope that it stops soon and that he can get his feet all cleared up. Hugs.

Poor baby! Hopefully the ferrier can give some relief in some way.
We have the opposite here in Michigan. WE NEED RAIN!
