possible labor?

is it possible for a cat to have false labor about a week before she has her kittens?

What do you mean by false labour? Is she panting or pushing? My cat starting acting strangely a week before labour, she nested, couldn't get comfortable, went off her food that sort of thing. If your cat seems to be pushing and nothing is happening you should call your vet, she may be having trouble.
