Anyone in Fredericksburg, VA who can help with some strays/ferals?

I was just called by a woman who lives near Fredericksburg, VA and has some cats that live in her yard. One of them that is VERY friendly has a broken leg and a big bite wound in it's side. She also needs help with stabilizing a colony...and some options to find them homes as she is concerned her dogs will attack them so she has them crated. Hey Gail.....the woman has not called me back...it's been almost 2 weeks. I think they were going to try to get their dogs placed (they had 2 pit bulls). I just wish there were a network to assist her.
