Please excuse any words of behavior I exhibit for the next couple of days. I am out of my zoloft and won't be able to get it refilled in a couple days out joy
. Just letting you all know in advance im not trying to seek attention or anything just sort of a public service announcement. When off my zoloft i am mean and depressed at times im trying to think of happy things at the moment lol.

I understand.
I won't hold anything against you.

You really shouldn't go for a few days without it though... you'll start having withdrawal symptoms. Perhaps you could have a few refills lined up the next time you visit your doc...

Thanks for the heads-up. I promise not to take anything personally.
Hope you get back on track soon.

Just an idea for you, I take psych meds as well. Ask your P-doc for a sample package or two of Zoloft so you don't run out between perscriptions. Hang in there.

I agree with the other posts. Not good to go off your meds for a few days. Call your doc for a sample pack if $ is the issue. Depending on your dose, you may have some serious side effects from stopping cold turkey, not to mention risking a recurrence of your depression!

Keep with the happy thoughts
but make sure you get some more medication soon - I know it takes some time to leave your system but I also know that suddenly stopping your medication is not wise

Thanks!
You just reminded me that I have to pick up my Zoloft this afternoon. I put in the refill order last week and just forgot about it.

I agree with the others. Call your doctor and see if you can make some sort of interim arrangement to get it. My mother-in-law stopped taking her Zoloft for a week or so about a year ago and it made her really sick. She ended up having to go to the hospital.

Hope you get your refill soon. I know what a trouble it is to get it. I agree with getting samples. also if your doc has an after hours answering service, the OC should be able to call it in for you. I should know. I work for a service
