Crybaby is one of my ferrals (white and black one in picture below) and her ears are pink with practically no hair on them. I think perhaps this winter she had frostbite and how I notice that they are peeling. Is there anything I can do for her poor little ears, especially now that she is out in the sun?

You should apply sunblock to her ears... Hissy should know what kind to use.

... I lost my all white cat, Marshmallow, to skin cancer last year. Is there any way you could socialize this kitty and find her an indoors only home?

After advice from people here I now put Nivea child suncream, factor 25, on Persil's ears inside and out each morning before she goes out, and her ears have lost their very pink colour. She hated me doing it the first few days but now I can lightly scruff her and put the cream on with the other hand and she doesn't complain. Thank goodness my other two have black ears! Oh and I also put a dab on her nose.
