Well, for those of you who know me. I was up in WY for Memorial Day weekend but DH packed the car so full we didn't have room to bring Toes with us back to San Diego. I was crying as we left. My Mom called us after we got home and she told me that she and my Dad had decided to keep Toes after all and she suggested that I go look for a kitten that reacts to me like Toes did and then train it to stay away from DH (who's scared of them) and to like the baby and my older son. I'm thinking that's the best idea too, although not getting Toes makes me want to cry. I've looked online at the county shelters and the humane society but I kind of want something specific and I want to meet the kitten first. I was thinking some kind of mix with Maine Coon in it and some orange coloring and very, very friendly. And it needs to be a kitten so I can train it for our environment. Any suggestions?
