We will focus on assessing the community that will be served, locating the resources to determine the number of clients expected to be served and creating the service called "In-clinic Clinics." These clinics use the private veterinary hospital on a weekend to serve low-income homes through a reduced cost program. This model offers the humane organization the high volume/low cost benefits of a low-cost clinic (or mobile unit) without the start up costs and offers the veterinarian a revenue generating way to serve the low-income homes without loosing revenue during their regular work day.[/font]
