Best products for cat pee

Hi! I've been slaving on cleaning a very very stubborn stain that just doesn't seem to want to go completely away and since the odor won't completely disappear my beloved Giles feels the need to every now and then "redo" his work of art. What are the best and most effective products on the market for this sort of thing?
