The benefits are pretty cool! You get much more PM space (150 messages), more attachment space (800 KB), and the option to turn off all the ads.

what about the custom names under your name? would that come along? or does that come with a certain number of posts?

I'm glad you reminded me - my subscription has to be renewed in less than a month. I'll see what I can find about custom titles - I think that depends on the number of posts you have.

well guess i have a while to go lOL thanks I am going to look at the thread and going to check and see if i can convince the boy about it

Mine never really notices or asks about what I've subscribed to, etc.. He asks if I've checked the credit card charges, and when I say I have, and that it was all stuff I'd bought, that's the end of it. I do a lot of shopping on line, so usually credit card charges are mine, not his. yeah he doesnt really mind what I do ..and i dont mind what he does. as long as we talk to one another. we dont have a CC..just our checking and savings.
I just subscribed for 3 months too see if it makes any difference to me. I am also interested in supporting this site.
I just noticed that I have the option to use a custom avatar now. COOL!
