I just heard a terrible story on the news. An animal sanctuary right near my house may have to euthanize their dogs if they don't find places for them in the next few weeks. The place is called Precious Lives and it is a really great place that takes in and cares for hurt, neglected, abused, sick dogs and keeps them until they can find new homes.

Well neighbors have been complaining that they dogs bark all day and there is no piece and quiet. Even though these people moved to a home right next to an animal shelter, they can't seem to understand that DOGS DO BARK. The main lady that is complaining, they interviewed her on the news and she said it makes no sense, they just keep the dogs there, they are not breeding them, they are just keeping them. What kind of an arguement is that? So if they were breeding them all it would be ok I guess. So the sanctuary has a certain amount of time to get rid of these dogs, or else they will have to be euthanized.

This just makes me so mad, if anyone can think of something that can be done to help, I have never been to this place but man I am this close to going and adopting all the dogs haha. I feel so bad, this is a place where animals go to be rescued and to be safe, not have to be euthanized because some neighbors don't like to hear the barking.

Well i owuld set up a neighborhood something or another where the nieghbors would all adopt a dog. But i guess that thnking hopeful. People these days only care about themselves and not others, thats what makes the world such a bad place. Well if I lived by you we could go 50/50 on the dogs but i doubt I do. another things is maybe send flyers out aboout the dogs being for sale or given away to farm places. Farmeres are always looking for good campanions
! Good Luck

I'd find out who the jerks were and make sure everyone knows exactly who thinks the dogs should be euthanized. If you move next to a shelter with dogs you should expect barking. I'd basically make the neighbors out to be the idiots they are, write a letter to the editor, etc explaining the situation, bring it up when you see them, post flyers. Let everyone know the kind of evil people who live in that neighborhood. Maybe I'm just feeling vengeful!! I'm just tired of people thinking they are entitled to everything at the expense of others.
