Katie's birthday???

Not sure exactly when Katie was born, but since I got her in mid July '93, when she was about six weeks old I decided on June 2 as her birthday. So,
HAPPY 12th BIRTHDAY to my sweet baby girl!!! Katie was my first cat, who taught me what wonderful, beautiful creatures they are. She has been my loyal companion throughout many changes in my life and I love her with all my heart!

Thanks so much for the birthday wishes! Hard to believe it's been 12 years!
Seems like just yesterday that I brought that tiny, black kitten home.

May you stick around to give your Mum love and pleasure and education as long as the ol' Lady who holds the same place in my heart -- my RB Shasta and I were together 21 years, and from a similar age, too -- so you've a ways to go!

I'm going to give her favorite treats - turkey and a little bit of vanilla ice cream (she LOVES it!)

I'll always be grateful to her for that. Sounds like your 'ol Lady was pretty special too.
