I don't know what's wrong with my Mini, but there's a patch of fur right above her shoulder that's falling out... I thought she just got into a fight or sumthing, but it's getting bigger, and when I looked closer there's no scars or anything, it's just falling out... She has 2 kittens and they're beginning to eat proper cat food and stopped drinking her milk, could this be like a hormonal thing? Please help, I'm scared that she might go bald

It's probably not hormonal. It could be anything from ringworm, an allergy, to stress. I would get her into the vet for a checkup. If it's ringworm, the kittens would be at risk.

Mini and Milo are adorable. I hope you are able to figure this out soon. Annabelle has flea allergies and loses/pulls out her hair by her tail. Ringworm can definitely cause that as well, so it's probably very treatable. Good luck!

problems like ringworms will take a long time to heal and more months for the fur to grow back. My Ariel recently just got some fungus, and high chances is ringworms. The vet is still cultivating the fungus dish and needs a few more days to actually know what fungus/bacteria she had. The areas affected are really unsightly and i felt so sad for ariel, and i am just 1 week into her problem..

I see... The patch on Mini's back that's fallen out seems to be getting bigger... Maybe as big as a ping-pong ball, slightly smaller... I think she keeps scratching it so it's starting to have a little scar on it. But yesterday I noticed that a little bit of fur is starting to grow back, I'm still taking her to the vet tomorrow though...

yah the affected area will grow slowly. Please have a check physically on other parts of the body of mini to make sure they are no other affected parts. What happened to Ariel was that first day i saw 1 spot affected, 2nd day 2 more, third day one more.. now it has stabled at 7 spots.. i was told scratching the affected parts will help spread the fungus to other parts also when they scratch somewhere else///

Okay, so Mini went to the vet yesterday... She hates the doctor coz he's so big and he looks like a pollar bear, she was calm though... He checked her heartbeat, then he injected her with vaccination, then he sprayed her with this blue liquid, he said it'll stop the itching... She just has the case of the fleas, and he told me to give her 2x1/4 itching pills a day (in the morning and in the evening), and he said when the fur is growing back, I put this gel on to help it grow perfectly... Hopefully she'll be okay... Thanx guys!
