I am going to be a daddy!

Not to another cat either...lol...to a baby! We started our first cycle today, inseminations for the next 3 days....then the dreaded 2 week wait until we can test to see if we were successful!
Our surrogate seems to be the best, the match was perfect! I am not going to get too excited yet, but age and health are on our sides.....regardless, it may not work the first time, but it will eventually!
We never thought this was in the cards for us, but thanks to our surro angel it's now a reality. Just wanted to share with my TCS friends

Well Matt, it's not THAT bad. With my son (who just turned 5), I never lost a wink of sleep. My second (daughter) will be here in October and I hope it's the same. My son became hell on wheels at 18 months and is JUST calming down now.

I can also tell you this...it's unbelievable how much your heart aches over a little scrape on your child's knee.
