Chippenham Hospital, Richmond, VA
Templemore Avenue Hospital and I think it was Dr Loughridge who delivered me!!
University of Washington Hospital. I have no idea who delivered us though.
I was born in the Catherine Booth Maternity Hospital in Montreal (so was my brother). I have no idea who the doctor was. He has never been mentioned.
The hospital was Mother Francis Hospital in Tyler, TX...my mom was and is a nurse at the local hospital in my hometown, which is 30 miles away, but she worked in OB at the time, and didn't want to deliver in the hospital with all her friends!
i know i was born at arrow park hospitsl(UK), but i dont know the doctor
I was born at home, but not sure of the midwife?
I was born at Wellington Womans Hospital, but I'm not sure who delievered me!

Cottage Hospital on St. Claire Shores, Grosse Pointe, MI!
Not sure of the doctor's name, but my granddaddy was the first person to hold me. (mom was drugged beyond belief)

Tripler Army Medical Center: one of the gaudiest-looking hospitals you'll ever see!
Can't think of the doc's name right now, but strangely enough he delivered my brother 4 years later - in a different state! Guess he and my dad got similar transfer orders.

I always remember it as being the big pink hospital on the hill!

I was born at the Grace Maternity Hospital in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I have no idea who the doctor was though.
