Stool color differences

I've noticed that my kitties, who eat the same food, have very different colored stools. What could cause this? Should I be concerned?

I have three cats, all healthy. Three different poop colors, sizes and shapes. When I scoop the box, I can tell which belongs to each cat.

Rosie and Sophie's can be different colours as well even though they both eat the same, and i can always tell which is theirs by the size and colour also

Same with my guys, although my big boy Winston always builds a mountain at the back of the box. We're quite sure he is proud of his mountains, he watches me very carefully when I remove them ... LOL

Although I have often wondered if it's to cover the smell
