So, even though I will soon be aproaching my 100th post, I still wont be able to post in IMO until I've been a member for 30 days?

because of past abuse to the system, they've set it that the person must be a member for at least 30 days. just blame it on those rude people that caused the restriction. Also, due to certain adult contents (violence and the like) I believe there may be an age restriction as well.

Yup.. you have to be 18 to post in IMO. I'm only 16, so I can't either.
