My all time most hated song is, Knights in White Satin. At least I think that's the name. That song is SO horrible to me, that I almost get ill, hearing it.

no offense to the US (which i live in and love
) but i despise "I'm Proud to be an American". I hate it. It makes me gag thinking of it. I don't know what it is, I think it's the guy singing it + the annoying music.

Anything by Snoop Dogg but especially "Drop It Like It's Hot". The sound of that song makes me want to jab a spear in my head just to stop the pain.

I don't like anything that's too sexually explicit. A few Christina, Britney and 50 Cent songs come to mind at the moment.

I also don't like anything that promotes violence against women.

In the mid-late 80's, I couln't stand any of the hair metal bands like Poison, Warrant, Motley Crue... and that was what was hugely popular at the time.

Count me in for not being able to stand ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLL those lousy bands too.
It quickly drove me to look for something different.

ANYTHING by that band, Rush. Especially that song about choosing freewill(?). I cannot stand that guy's voice!! And if I have to hear "Tom Sawyer" one more time, I will puke.
Hell for me is listening to a song you hate...for the rest of eternity.

Oh my....... you are so right about that. -And to think I've almost forgotten about that band. That guy has the whimpiest.... lamest... ugliest voice I've ever heard.... and he looks even worse than he sings.... and their songs?.... I really can't fathom what anybody could like about them. It's the 8th wonder of the world to me.

The one song I hate more than any song in the world is "Crazy in Love" by Beyonce. If it comes on, I change the channel or turn off the radio! It was in a few commercials at one time, so I would have to mute the TV.

Aw...come on! I LOVE the 80's Metal Bands! Actually, you listed 2 of my fav's right there - Warrant and Motley.
Poison isn't all that and a bag of chips on the CD, but live they are AWESOME!

I don't loath Rush, but I could certainly do without them. But I know of two people whose highlight of their LIVES was meeting Rush. They are both in their 40s now and drive states away to see them live.

OK, to songs I hate....Tubthumping by Chumbawumba or whatever. I hate that song so much! Too Sexy by Right Said Fred. Always hated that song. And I could live a very normal life without ever hearing I Love Rock N Roll by Joan Jett ever again!!!!! Overkill not only on the radio when it was popular, but for some reason a certain DJ at a club I used to frequent thought that was mandatory to play on any Rock or Metal night.

Another thing that bugs me are all the chick singers who sing that they just can't *live* without some guy, their world will just *end* if he doesn't like her.
Earl started listening to Techno/Dance and almost every song was like that! Come on! Get some self-esteem!! I like the Kelley Clarkson and the Kelly Osbourne songs because they got some juevos.

Back in high school, most girls my age absolutely loved hair metal... I was one of very few that was into alternative, back when it could actually be called alternative.

Movin' on up!
"I Love My Truck", by Glen Campbell has to be one of the worst country songs ever.

In the pop category: "Having My Baby", by Paul Anka.
