This beautiful little boy is at my local shelter O_O I saw him on the site about 2 weeks or more ago, Im surprised no one has adopted him yet! He is so pretty O_O If I had my own place he wouldnt be in the shelter anymore *sigH* Anybody in wisconsin looking for a cat

Hey this one looks kind of like Emma, the cat of one of you people on the site :p :p I dont know why I'm posting.. just bored I guess.. Id take them both home with me if I could *sigh* This one reminds me of my elliot kind of, in the "omg you are touching me" look he is giving.xD

X_X Gosh i wish I could go get them right now!! I absolutely love the grey one O_O and the Himilayan is so lovely

O_O when I get older Im going to have like four orange cats and people will think I am insane. i will laugh at them and throw cucumbers in their vacinity.

Edit: the pictures are messing up for some reason, ill see if I can fix it.

We've got like a pound, a HELP shelter, and another organization that takes in DOGS in our town, but the Humane society is the only cat shelter. :O thankfully we dont have many stray cats, most people here are dog people. there are only 15 cats there at this time. O_O I have to say I went to a different county to adopt elliot because the fee was only twenty dollars. where it is like 70 or 80 in my county O_O

O_O god I should really stop looking on petfinders O_O I want all the cats O_O ALL OF THEM O_O

Yeah its spendy..most places around here are 80 or so for an adult....100 or more for a kitten.

yeah but neuter and some tests/shots are probably included eh? We had to pay for that stuff ourselves because we basically only paid for Elliot :p For people who dont have $100 up front its nice to be given a month to get your cat fixed and shots given :p of course I payed for this all right away (my mom owed me $120 and she asked me "what do you want to get with that money?" and I said " A cat" and she said " I was afraid of that" :p Lets just say my mom tries not to owe me that much anymore if she can help it
)
O_O gosh I just LOVE that grey kitty. *sigH* I am so going to be a cat lady when I get older XD Not an obsessive collector, but I will probably have four or more cats :p

Oh, they are hard to resist!!! I love that face on the Himmy - the Himmy stray that I've taken in has the apple-head, peke-face and it scares my laying hens!
I've always wanted a collection of orange cats, too. A man in Crowley Lake had like, 10 or so (their place was 40 acres big) and it was sooo cool. I just love orange cats. My daughter used to have a big Morris-type named Scott who was an incredible hunter - he'd throttle jackrabbits & once killed a hawk who'd raided our bird feeder.

Here is a link to a purebred rescue in WI. They might have a better chance of finding the Himmy a home.

http://www.purebredcatrescue.org/

Is the shelter where the cat is currently at a no-kill? If not, or if it stays there too long, maybe you can e-mail the lady from purebred rescue about him.

I can't look at Petfinder or go to shelters, I would have a million pets if I did! Instead of only 12 cats, a dog, and 3 horses!

I emailed the purebred cat rescuers. Really the only reason I am concerned about this cat is because I dont know if my shelter is a no kill shelter or not. I really wouldnt like to see this cute little guy having to be put down. So hopefully the peope at that rescue might take him in and get him adopted out. Ooh I would take that boy in a second if I could. Haha! Didnt mean to tempt you into driving to wisconsin to get him! I just thought I'd share this, because we dont usually get such beautiful cats at our shelter. O_O and yes I do use O_O alot :p If that is what the whole O_O o_O o_o post was about :p I cant help typing them, its like my fingers are always glued to those keys!

both my shetler and the purebredcat rescue emailed me back. it turns out Kal has been adopted a long time ago. Not only that, but my shelter is a no-kill shelter, unless the cat has Felv or something bad like that ^_^ The Purebredcat rescue people said they would look in on Kal, but I mailed them back that he had already been adopted, and that my shelter does not kill cats unless they are very diseased. Yay so a happy ending!!!
