Hi All,

My kitty has issues with windows. I've contacted a cat behaviorist to deal with that. However I need help cleaning up the mess on the couch near the window - she has peed all over the pillows (silk) and upholstery (cotton velvet) and structure (cotton stuffing and cotton overlay). I have no idea how to salvage this. Can anyone suggest a product to clean up the pee? Can cat pee be dry cleaned. Help please.
Thanks!

Yeah, if anyone knows anything that would be great. However, I need something to clean cat pee out of a leather backpack one of mine took a liking to one day.

There's a product on the market called Nature's Miracle. It comes in a white bottle with red writing on it. They sell it at most pet stores. I've used this product many times as my cat has peed on my bed because of a uti. It works great, gets the stain and odor out. You may have to apply it more than once. I'd read the directions though, because I'm not sure about silk or leather.

Another product is called Knock-Out. What it does is neutralizes the odor.

I use nok out and won't use anything else again. I havn't found any of the natures miracle products to work very well. I believe they may list the approved uses on the web site. www.nok-out.com
