Oh Sam, I just got caught up, so I wasn't aware that he was going in for surgery. I'm happy to hear that the operation went well, and that he's home. Mega healing vibes heading his way!

Thanks everyone for your kind thoughts. Truly.

Elmo is home, we picked him up staright after school - he's doing well. He had a big dinner, and now he is relaxing on the couch.

He has a few weird tube things sticking out of his eye, and he needs the ointment squeezed in through a hole, and he needs antibiotics twice a day, too. Poor baby.

I've taken a few pictures of him, I'll share them tomorrow. He is such a beauty, I hate seeing him ill.

Elmo is going in to get his stiches out today. He was supposed to get them taken out on Saturday but the vet wasn't there.

Elmo's ulcer has cleared but he will have the black spot on his eye for awhile. If you visit my thread in fur pics you will see how he is doing.
