Help...need advice

My little girl Remy (8wk) is currently being treated for Coccidia. She has been on Albon for 13 days and has responded great. She's been eating, drinking and playing just fine until about 9 late night. Shwe threw up once. Today, I've notice that, although she's eating and drinking, she is not playing and is obsessively (sic) cleaning herself. Any ideas what may be up? We have a vet appointment on Sat. The cleaning is what really has me thrown.
