Oky Doky!, who's on holiday on monday?!

This chick is for one!!

All of the UK is, but the shops and cafes are open, (God bless them all! )

Theres talk of another neighbour having a bbq, but thats at the weekend providing the weather is ok!, apart from that i may just chill out here?!

So whats everyone else doing with their holiday on monday because i know the USA have one as well!.

its a holiday here today, and bf and i are planning to go out for ice cream or a walk somewhere coz its soo hot!
we actually planned to go to the swimming pools.. but um.. my bikins dont fit ne more

It will finally be our first weekend in the house! But my flat mate is going back to his parents' and I won't have the internet

I am hoping that my Mum will come over on Saturday, so that will be good!

I am on holiday tomorrow....

And I am on holiday on Monday....

My next door neighbour Matt is an army corporal and they have tomorrow off as well!

We're having some friends down for a cookout this weekend! Also, our new patio doors were delivered this morning so hubby will have some friends to help him install them this weekend!!!

I am not an army corporal! lol (btw, is Matt fit?)

I just booked tomorrow off as annual leave. I like to take little bits here and there so that I get a nice loooooooooong weekend!

Besides visits to the cemeteries, will probably go up to visit the campground where niece, nephew, and their families like to go for the weekend.

He is actually! but to me he's a great friend and neighbour because him and his soon to be ex wife, and me and my ex boyfriend were really close friends.

If i tell him your asking that the testosterone will kick in i tell you!, even though he's seeing someone

Just to add to this, I am skiving off work at 5pm today (instead of 5.30pm)... so it's not too long until my little holiday starts!

Aww do you finish at 5.30.p.m. Well i'm off in 25 minutes!!

My office is closed Monday... A friend of mine is flying in from Chicago so we can drive up to Columbus for a 3-day, outdoor music festival which is a whole lot like Woodstock... lotsa bands, people, camping, dancing, *drinking* and loads of tie dye.

I'm just dang happy to get away from it all, hang out with nature, hear some good tunes... I have been slaving way too much on my stupid yard and I need a break, man!

Yes thank goodness it's a holiday on Monday. I'm planning on getting a little house cleaning done. I still haven't done my windows and my bathroom needs a good deep cleaning. Other than that I plan on making myself a nice dinner with enough left overs to make it through next week without cooking and spending some quality time with my cats.

I may also go out and try to find a part time job. I'm so sick and tired of never having any money to do fun stuff with and quite frankly I really need something to keep me from going stir crazy.

I'm so glad monday is a national holiday! i'm leaving an hour early tomorrow because we are going to the rick springfield concert but I think I'm going to skip lunch to make up for it because I feel guilty.

I'm thinking of getting a part time job too. My bf is looking right now, and if he does I think I'll sneak one in. Not that we don't work enough (me 40 hours, him 50 hours) but I figure hey while we're young and can do it, make as much $$ as possible because once the house payment and the kids and everything starts happening there will be no way we will ever have a chance to get extra income.

Yep off here! yippee. I do try to remember it's a holiday about veterans too and do some sort of toast to them, or pbs does Memorial weekend specials a lot.
