He called while I was in Kmart on my lunch hour and said he aced the test he had to take, and then they offered him the job!! He'll be getting $3000 more a year than what hes making now and the benefits are great!! He couldn't talk long, (he was calling from the bathroom), so when I see him tonight, I'll get more info on it! He starts June 13!
A hard part for him will be telling his present job. As much as he hates that place, he has loyalty and at least some respect for his owner/boss.

Whew, what a busy morning.......
Well, Jerry went in this morning and gave his notice.....he said it got a little ugly. There's a long story behind it, but we think his old boss is just hurt more than anything......

OH WELL!!
If he had treated Jerry better, he would have never looked for a job to begin with!

Thanks everybody so much for all the support here!! What a great family we are huh????
Hey, can you believe this? The new boss asked Jerry yesterday if he had a vacation planned for this summer. If any of you remember, we were headed to Ocean City, Maryland for a week at the end of August. We just figured with him starting this new position that that would have to be scratched. Well, Jerry told him and he said he could still have it, and he'd see about getting him paid!!!
Is this a great company or what????????
