Jerry's 4th and hopefully final interview today!

Jerry had to go in for the job he's interviewing for to take a test today, (not sure what kind) and then they asked him if he could spend the rest of the day at the office I guess to see what he'd be doing, etc. We are almost 100% sure he has the job, but it technically hasn't been offered yet, so hopefully when he gets home tonight he'll know something for sure. We dressed him all up in his nice clothes and tie this morning and I was telling Susan/Rosiemac that I felt like a mother sending her nervous child off to his first day of school.

Well, naturally, there's a funny thing that happened. (seems like there always is) He had left and I was just starting to do the breakfast dishes when I see his Blazer pull back in. I go to the door to see what was wrong, and he comes flying in the back door saying, NOSE HAIR, WILD NOSE HAIR!! He flys into the bathroom to take care of the nasty protruding hair, comes back out, kisses me again, and back out the door!

HE GOT THE JOB!!!!


He called while I was in Kmart on my lunch hour and said he aced the test he had to take, and then they offered him the job!! He'll be getting $3000 more a year than what hes making now and the benefits are great!! He couldn't talk long, (he was calling from the bathroom), so when I see him tonight, I'll get more info on it! He starts June 13!

A hard part for him will be telling his present job. As much as he hates that place, he has loyalty and at least some respect for his owner/boss.

Yay! If he hadn't removed that nose hair though...it could have turned tragic!
