I survived!

Thank you jcat, Mom of Franz, and beckiboo for your advice on getting through the IV today. I survived! It was a small needle she said but I didn't look. Of course it hurt at first and my arm is a little sore, but I think that is because it looks like I had a small allergic reaction the the tape they stuck the gauze to me with. Sooooooooooooo glad that is all over!

Glad you survived!!! Next time (heaven forbid) ask for paper tape. Hope your tests turn out okay!

Oh I know the fear you went through. I went for 40 years of my life without ever having an IV, and then last year I had 3!!! They really aren't bad at all......
