Randy was right when he said tonight "... It's good to have a Southern rocker on the stage." Bo not only is an absolutely gorgeous man, but he's an awesome singer, and I adore how he brings himself into everything he sings. Did I mention how utterly gorgeous this man is? I just want to grab his hair and... ok n/m

Ah, that explains a lot, that he has been sick. He didn't seem as energetic as usual. But I just loved that last song (gosh what's the name...?) He brings such soul to his singing.

I suppose it's taste, but I didn't think Carrie's last song was all tha, as Simon said. But in the end winning or not may not matter much, I mean I am sure they both get contracts.

I wondered what was up with Bo last night. He did not seem up to his usual standard, but he was still good. I really hope he wins.
I just don't like Carrie. I don't see how she made it this far, and I don't think she should get a contract anywhere. She looks and sounds just like every other generic country bimbo to me. There is just nothing special about her. You can see dozens just like her in dozens of run down bars, singing for beers and tips.
I was really hoping it would come down to Bo and Constantine.

I watched last night and I can't tell who will win. I love both of them. They are such different types of music that it really depends on what type of mood I am in on which one I like better. Doesn't really matter though for me because they will both get a record contract.

I'm with ya there. I too was wondering what was up with Bo last night. He wasn't his usually vibrant, energetic self and I wasn't sure if it was just the wrong song choices or if he was nervous. I know he can rock so he's still got my vote!

And Carrie...
She's just so darn BORING to watch. Her two original songs were really shaky and pitchy I thought...she looked REALLY nervous. She's a good singer but she just stands there like a deer in headlights. I did NOT agree with Simon's comment that she's probably going to win it...first time I've disagreed with him all year.

I really want BO to win but if he doesn't, he'll still get a record contract...and probably a better one than the whole American Idol thing where they're locked in for YEARS!

I don't think either of them did that well last night. I voted for Bo, but I ahve a feeling Carrie is going to win *sigh*

I sure hope Bo wins!

I think that Carries has a nice voice, but needs some grooming. She always sounds a little off to me. But then again, I am NOT into Country music!

I guess it's taste cause I just don't find Carrie's voice interesting or engaging. Plus Bo puts on a show too, and she doesn't. But that can be taught I suppose.

This is going to sound weird,but I wonder if the extended hours might favor Bo. I think Carrie will have more young voters who can't stay up that late.

He so deserves to win. You can just see his beautiful soul every time he's performing out there....love him to pieces!

And how about House last night? *Sigh* When's he going to give Cameron a chance?!?!?!

I haven't voted before either! But I did last night for Bo. I couldn't get through at first, but at midnight or so I could several times.

Well that makes three, no 4, of us! I've never voted before, but got at least 10 votes in for Bo. Earl even text messaged in a vote for Bo. OK, it's only one, but considering how much he HATES the show overall, that's BIG!

I voted at least 8 times for Bo!! I'm so disappointed
I've only voted a few times before.

I voted for Bo too, like 6 times!

I hope he's not too sad, but uh, if he needed some comforting I'd be more than happy to help him out with that! LOL!

I just hope we see more of him in the future! In leather pants preferably! Lol!

How long until you find out who wins?

A second series of New Zealand Idol is starting up soon, I think. I love the auditions! Next year I will be eligable to enter!

Carrie in fact did win... I'm not going to embarass myself with the amount of times I voted for Bo since this all started, not including last night alone. As much as I wanted him to win, I think it's a good thing now he didn't, because he shouldn't be anyone's puppet, forced to sing new "pop" songs, and under contract with someone telling him his every move for the next 2 year's.
