Umm..we like our grub!

If you want to try it, do everything else first and keep it warm. Then heat the grill on high, and turn down to medium. Brush one side of your prepared liver with bacon fat or melted butter and place it on the grills. When it's all placed, brush the other side, then immediately go back and turn it all over. By the time you've done that, it's time to take it off, and you'll have tender, sweet, butter soft liver. Oh, my, am I salivating now!!!

BTW -- you WILL get some flareups, so have a spray bottle handy!

I am pre-cooking (and then reheating later) so we can watch a 2 hour finale we want to see tonight (believe it or not, it isn't American Idol, but The Contender).

We are having homemade chicken tenders (skinless chicken breast that I will bread and fry in peanut oil), with homemade blue cheese dressing, homemade coleslaw, boiled broccoli, coffee and haven't decided yet re dessert.

Another liver and onions fan here (as well as fried chicken livers).
Since my fiance' won't eat liver, it usually ends up boiled and fed to the dog as treats.

Yum!!! I want to come over there lol.
That reminds me, though! I should make baked beans like my mom makes. They're great. It's too late to have them tonight, because they have to bake for a long time, but we could have them tomorrow....
And we have some pork chops in the freezer....sounds like I've got a handle on tomorrow's dinner, anyway.
You're welcome any time!!!
I cook at least 4 nights a week......

Here... or There... Hmmm
whatever the BF cooks and at this point I'll take anything... haven't eaten all day and only had a few waters.... Anyone want to offer up their left-overs???? except the liver, it does gross me out, though at this point I may be willing to TRY it!!

i'd post you some leftover sushi but it spoils too quickly, besides there is never many left overs, pandy is just as addicted to it as me and eats a few peices every time i make it, if i don't put everything away when i leave the kitchen she gets into the nori and rice and eats them both
