I am having leftovers of the garlic/rosemary/lemon chicken I made yesterday. I think I will make rice and either asparagus or green beans to go with it.....

Yum!!! I want to come over there lol.
That reminds me, though! I should make baked beans like my mom makes. They're great. It's too late to have them tonight, because they have to bake for a long time, but we could have them tomorrow....
And we have some pork chops in the freezer....sounds like I've got a handle on tomorrow's dinner, anyway.

Hmmm...well, I'm probably going to gross some people out, but we finally got the BBQ ready for use yesterday, so if it's not too late when I get home, it will get pressed into service -- not that I expect THAT to gross anyone out. But our usual first meal off the BBQ (and I just happen to have the necessary in the freezer
) is liver. Just need to pick up some onions, and some spuds -- gotta have smashed spuds and fried onions.

(BTW, for those who aren't grossed out, it's the best way to prepare liver.)
