This has been interesting to see what people are eating in other parts of the world!

Garlic Prawns...

We had homemade naan bread and then kind of used them like wraps for curry chicken and some of my balcony vegies - ruccola, parsley and basil. I had to buy onion and tomato - I do have tomato plants but they are not ready yet!

We dont eat that well every night - its often macaronies or something because we are too busy(or lazy!) but I really felt like trying to make naan bread last night. I like cooking and experimenting and I needed to de-stress last night since I have another exam soon - the bread is all gone so I guess it turned out pretty good!!

Boy, you guys sound like some good cooks!

I had cereal last night because my boyfriend works late and I didn't feel like cooking ONCE again. But I love reading these threads because I need some GOOD IDEAS!

Keep 'em comin' guys!

Yes I need these threads because I had microwave popcorn for dinner on Sunday and chicken nuggets and fries last night. This thread really puts me in the mood for some good food though. I'm thinking grilled chicken breasts and wild rice with veggies tonight.

Isn't it lovely how getting into the kitchen and making something you're going to enjoy and be proud to serve really does release the stress. I find it very therapeutic!!

The naan bread sounds wonderful

Tonight, it will be grilled chicken - oops better marinade it now before I forget!
Will probably have roasted sweet potato with it, and probably broccoli and green beans as well!

I'm making burgers tonight, my mouth is watering for the 5 pounds of babyback ribs I picked up for this coming weekend though.

Tonight is homemade chicken tenders, potato salad, green salad, candied pork-n-beans and garlic bread.

I'm like Arlyn though, I can't wait to have what's planned for this weekend.....boiled crawfish!

Potstickers, I meant. They have ground pork with a mixture of other ingredients like bell pepper, ketchup, soy sauce and many other things and wrapped in a square wrapper made from dumpling dough. You have to steam them...its really good! Here is a link to a recipe.

We actually didn't have that last night!
We had Honey Mustard Pork Loin with cheese and garlic mashed potatoes and toast

I'll be having dinner at my parent's house again tonight before I head back to my apartment later on. I have no idea what we're having, all I know is that I don't have to make it and that makes me happy no matter WHAT itis!!!
