My cat LILO just had her 1st and last litter of kitties.

I was just loving on her and noticed that between her 2 last boobies it looks chapped. But I touched it and it does have some yellowish discharge almost. It kinda looks to me like its from her boobies rubbing together. It doesn even look all that bad. But the yellow discharge kinda scared me. Could I put some NEOSPORIN on it? Or is that not safe for the kittens. I am kinda stumped on what to do b/c it is between her boobs and I dont know what is safe to put on it. Any suggestions?

Aslo, I noticed yesturday that under her (but still her tail) right above her butt the hair is gone and it looks a little chapped also. It almost looks like it could be from her cleaning down there too much.

I live in a small town and we do not have emergency vets and our vet is closed until Monday. So I thought maybe someone on here could help me. If I could get her to let me take a good pic of it I will post it on here later.

I just looked again and I am pretty sure that it is chapped. It has some old skin on there. POOR BABY. Is this common?

Yes, it is pretty common in nursing queens. You shouldn't need to put anything on it at all, but if it appears to become infected or the skin is open or broken at all, go ahead and get her in next week and let the vet assess her.
