So I wrote a letter to Purina, because I was bummed cause a few days after getting my first thing of yesterdays news i saw they had stopped the frequent buyer thing. Bummer. So when I wrote they said yes indeed they discoiunted it..

But..They sent me some coupons one is for a FREE BAG of Yesterdays news. (hey 10.99 is 10.99! that) and two buck off coupons I was pretty happy with that.

Purina makes a cat litter called yesterdays news, its recycled news paper. I love it. I researched it before i bought and they had a frequen users thing..you bought 10 bags kept the upcs and you got one free. Than when i started useing it i didnt see the special anymore..so i emailed em about it..and wala i got coupons

Hmm..they make all sorts of Litter, Tidy Cats is purina and Yeterdays News also...

Glad he likes the food tho

My rabbit loves that stuff! I should send them an email expressing my dismay Ok, I don't actually think I'd do that! That is great customer service though. It makes me feel even better about using Yesterday's News and Tidy Cats.

Yup and I have also let them know that I feel in their breeders reward club they should allow Can UPC's for some points too..since I use alot of Pro plan kitten, and friskies for my adults...its just a treat but hey a can a day for kittens and a can a day for adults adds up. They replied and said they are looking at adding it in and just have to decide how many points each one should be. did i have any suggestions. I said well Friskies could be like 1 point per UPC, and Pro plan, 2 or 3 in my opinion so I guess we shall see.

Yup it sure is great customer service and you dont see it a whole lot anymore. Of course, I got a call from SmartPak equine yesterday too..just checking to make sure my orders were working good i was pleased with that too.

It's kind of sad that we find good customer service a "refreshing" change from the norm - it should be that way more often! However, I'm glad that Purina made such a nice gesture. Kudos to them.

i agree. of course I am one who will complain if i dont get good customer service. and I will complain loudly..lol but i also will compliment when i get the kind I am looking for Just left one today at Walmart
