I was checking out the canned cat food in Petsmart the other day and noticed that the Petsmart brand Authority came in the same varieties as Iams. I did a little research and discovered that Menu Foods makes both canned products (Authority for Petsmart and Iams for Proctor & Gamble). I haven't compared the labels, but I would expect there is very little (if any) difference between the two products. (I did read some of the Authority labels, and it appears to be a good food.) Perhaps this is common knowledge, but anyone feeding Iams canned might want to consider Authority; it costs a bit less.

I was comparing labels on dog foods at PetsMart the other day and liked what I saw. I'm now in the process of switching Kellie da Peke over to Authority Mini from Iams Mini-chunks.

So far so good!

I use Authority Dry and am converting over to Authority Canned. It works out best for Nano.

If you ran a poll, I think most of this forum would decidedly put Authority brand over Iams in general.
