Diarrhoea and smely

I need some advice about my 9 month old kitten who has constant diarrhoea,and smells really bad.Itook her to vets 2 months ago when i got her ,found out she was pregnant,owner sold her to me pregnant ,without my knowledge.She has had the kittens now all fine no problems but i was wondering how to stop the diarrhoea should i stop feeding her whiskers supermeat and just give her biscuits and advice welcome thanks..

Try boiling a little boneless, skinless chicken breast with long-cooking rice - grind it up good and give her about two tablespoons twice per day until she binds up a bit.

Has the vet performed a fecal exam to rule out intestinal or digestive parasites?

Before you assume it is a reaction to diet, you need to have this gal examined at the vets - they need to check the stool for parasites (if you were sold a 7 month old already pregnant, I can believe she can with worms or another issue such as coccidia).
