Hi, I am posting here to introduce myself.

I have been reading posts on this site for a few weeks now. I really love this site because, quite frankly, a lot of people in my "real life" get tired of hearing me go on and on about cats, lol.

I have three babies of my own:

SETI

http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y23...orum/seti1.jpg
He is the first cat I ever got; he's now eight. He's an idoor only cat that is constantly longing to go outside and attack things (usually other cats which leads to large vet bills ... which is why he is indoor only ... but he does take advantage of visitor's to the house every now and again).

BUNNY

Bunny is a manx ... I don't know if she was born without her tail or not because I stole her out of someone else's yard. If you are Bunny's former owner you should feel very guilty! When I found Bunny she was boney, she was covered in fleas, she had ear mites, and she had a huge abscess on her back (and a very high fever). I orginally planned to return her to her former person's yard, but after spending close to $200 on her I decided she was mine. She now lives indoor only in the lap of luxury.

MIMI

I inherited Mimi from my great grandmother ... all 25 pounds of her! She now weights only 15 pounds, but she still looks like a butter ball. Mimi is perhaps the most loving cat on the face of the planet. Bunny really looks up to Mimi. She tries to do everything Mimi does, which really annoys Mimi (just look at the glare on Mimi's face in the second picture ... yet, Bunny looks so proud to be sitting next to her ... the two of them are so much fun to watch together!)

And then there's ME ... I am Natalie. I am 26, a full time college student, a wife, and a volunteer cat care taker (I actually clean litter boxes at a shelter for free several times a week ... I really love kitties!).

I have not perfected posting pictures yet obviously. Some ended up on the page and some ended up as links ... oh, well ... I will figure it out soon!

Welcome to TCS, Natalie! I was so angry when I heard about Bunny's condition at the time of her rescue. I am glad that you went out on a limb for her; drastic situations take drastic measures for a positive result.
you definitely joined the right site for talking about cats - we never tire of the subject here!! But if you're anything like me, now the folks in your life will hear about "TCS"
You might try posting on the New Kittens on the Block, to let more members know that you are now among our ranks!!
Thanks for the pics - I enjoy looking at them so much! Susan

Seti reminds me of my RB cat, Ziggy. Such a beautiful long haired baby.

Your other two are adorable, too! I'm so glad that you have decided to join the rest of the crazy cat crew!
