Chicago Cat Owners-Vet Recommendation Needed

Hi all--
Currently my kitties and I live in Lakeview, and they are patients @ Cat Hospital of Chicago.

In August we're moving to Bucktown, and wanted to ask if any of you have recommendations for vets in the Bucktown/Wicker Park area.
We'd love to continue to go to Cat Hospital--but since they're way up on Irving Park it would be quite a drive from Bucktown, and would probably just be easier to switch to a vet in that area.

If you have any recs or any warnings about vets, let me know!

Your best bet is to first go to www.meowhoo.com and look under health and then under veterinarians to see if there is one in your new area. If not, then when you get to the area you are settling in, and are looking for a good cat vet, then start calling the clinics and ask them if they declaw cats? If they say yes without hesitation, hang up and call another clinic. You are looking for one that offers alternatives to declawing- then you know you have found a clinic interested in a cat's welfare. Good luck!
