Weight watchers chicken curry with extra boiled rice, and now i'm going to make a coffee and have a Kit Kat with it to finish it off!

Tonight it's Chicken and Broccoli Lo Mein...and lots of it. I'm going out of town and the less my husband's in the kitchen, the better!

We are bbqing chicken, with a side of Lipton chicken rice sides, ranch sytle beans and cornbread. Oh, with Diet coke for me and 7up for Zack. For dessert: probably Apple Cinnamon bread or dark chocolate Godiva if I can steal a piece of Zack's.
i'm hoping we can stop for some cheap chinese unless god forbid bf makes dinner tonite, i don't even care what it is, I'd be thrilled.

Well I just got back to my apartment from my parents place about an hour ago, and I have to leave for an employee meeting at the gym in just a minute or two so I had to keep it simple. Just fresh strawberries with cool whip and a turkey sandwich on a french hamburger bun with havarti cheese. My meal was in that order too!
Leftover chicken gumbo.
