Thanks for the reminder! I've told myself a couple of times that I need to be thinking about dinner, but I haven't gotten around to it.

Steak marinaded in Dales seasoning - and cooked on the grill. Havent decided what veggies to have with it, we need to get the groceries.

Tomorrow is Roast Chicken!

Meatloaf. I found a new recipe for a low-carb one made in the slow cooker, so I put it in this morning. We'll see how it is. (I hate meatloaf...but hubby loves it so I put up with it for him.)

That sounds awesome!

I'm stuck with yet another Lean Cuisine... tonight is Cheese Canelloni. It's definitely one of the better ones.

Aw man! Now I'm very jealous...of both you and Kellye! (We can't grill on the balcony of the apartment
) I think we're going to end up ordering in since it's payday. Better to do it now before I know what the bills look like.
Just don't know what yet...

I have a sirloin pork roast on the rotisserie, am making a seasoned sauce for it, and will add a salad, and probably brocoli/cauliflower mix, haven't decided on what I want for a carb..possible some Anna's Swedish thin cookies, Cappuccino flavor
