I have two male cats (neutered) at my mother's house. She already had a female cat. Right now, they have to be separated because the males will chase her and generally make her feel stressed (which is easy to do to her). I feel awful that we have to keep her locked up in a room alone for most of the day. How can I get them to get along?

How long has it been since the cats have been all together? Did you just recently placed the cats at your mother's place?

No; they've been together for about a year and a half. They have monitored "together time" once in a while, but only in a one-on-one manner -- they're rarely all three together.

maybe they are both trying to mate with her? I know you said they are both neutered but it does happen. About last year in june my male( who has been nutred since 6 months and is now 3) started "courting" this stray female we had took in (later we found out she was pregnant and of course stopped the "courting" XD) So thats what they coudl be doing since it is spring and is the female spayed? If not that is probably most definitely what is happening ;P your cats may not have the stuff but they still have the drive XD

No, they've all been spayed/neutered. Should I just let them all live together? Will this activity die down?
