I wasn't alive during the Beatles Era, but I enjoyed his music a lot. I'm sure he'll be missed by all.

First thing I heard on the news this morning. My brother is a HUGE Beatles fan. I'm sure he will be devastated. It seems like it's the end of an era.

The news channels are reporting on George Harrison a lot and playing his music. I usually keep it on for war news. I haven't heard much war news but George Harrison seems to have been very popular with all the people on these channels. I love the songs he wrote, he was very talented. Tony Blair of England said he was very generous with his wealth, giving to less fortunate people. A good trait I think.:blossom:

I loved George Harrison's guitar playing. He was very innovative with his special effects...he set the precedent for many. I loved that song "Something"...it was so moving...All I can think is that he's out of that terrible pain and in Heaven....as it should be.

I agree with Catarina, George Harrison's suffering has ended and he is now in heaven.
It's sad, but it is also the best thing for George.
