61 kitties at the clinic today. 2 had already been fixed/eartipped so they got vaccinated. But that means another 59 not contributing to kitten season
Most were female. And, as a bonus, we finished up early enough that I might be able to get in my garden after all - woohoo!

Yup...it was a great day....there probably would have been a lot more cats only we had thunderstorms yesterday. Still it was 10 more cats than last year.

Wow, great job!
Who does all the trapping & releasing? Is it a community-wide effort, or is it a core of (very) hard working individuals? Just curious.

The clinic is open to caretakers from all over (you do have to contact Alley Cat Allies and get on the list) so we get cats from different parts of Virginia...sometimes Maryland and DC and we've even had cats from West Virginia and Delaware. Since the clinic only asks for a donation of $20 per cat...it's a popular clinic.
