Welcome, Iris! Our new addition!

We adopted a sweet 6 month old kitty on Thursday named Iris. She has two different colored eyes: blue and gray/green. (Sorry for the fuzzy picture.) She was about 5 month at the time the picture was taken. Fortunately her foster mom was able to put some weight on her, as she was quite under-nourished.



Here she is playing this morning.

"Hmmm, what does this thing do?"


"Ohhhh, I get it!"


"I'm gonna get you!"

Iris is such a beauty!!! Although I am a bit biased as she looks JUST like my lil man, Scout (pics of him in my signature)!!! Amazing how her markings are so much like his! When I saw the pics I had to see if you were in Boston too, since he was a stray taken off the streets too... he now has his forever home, just as Iris does!!!!

Thanks everyone for the compliments! The intro is moving along. Our resident kitten, Chloe, isn't so keen on Iris just yet...but Iris wants to play with Chloe!
