Well on Tuesday, Scratches had her 4 little ones and today Princess had her 4 little ones. I have a housefull of furbabies.
They are all so cute, cant wait to post pics. Also cant wait to have mommas spayed, this will be their first and last liters. Which never would have happened if they wouldnt have snuck out.

Also my husband is ready to ship me away
He thinks I am nuts

Feed the moms small amounts of kitten chow about 6 times a day, make sure they have fresh water, be on the alert for any kittens that might be struggling to nurse or some that the moms might push away- good luck have fun!

What a hard lesson to learn! I wanted to wait until Festus was 8-9 months old before spaying, but after she accidentally got out at about 6 months she went to be spayed! In the future, I will try to have my pets spayed/neutered at 4 months!

Congrats on the healthy babies. Are your girls sisters?

Its raining kitties
Everyone seems to be doing well. Scratches is trying to be supermom and take care of her babies as well as Princess and her babies. Last night when I checked on them before going to bed, Scratches was bathing Princess and her babies. I told her she had her own babies to tend to and she went back to her box.

And no they are not sisters at least I dont think. They maybe though, Scratches was a feral that we tamed as a kitten and Princess came from a neighbor after she got a new cat that didnt like Princess.

I will keep you all updated

I have been feeding my foster mom Eukanuba dry and Sophisticats Wet (both kitten formula). It has really improved her coat (she came to me with tons of dandriff).
