Tomorrow is Friday the 13th.
Do bad things ever happen to you on that day? Will you be taking any extra precautions? Do you believe any of the superstitions apply to that day? Or is it just another day?

Generally, I'm not a superstitious person.
Usually though, if I have any luck at all on Friday the 13th, it's been of the good variety.

My grandmother was pretty superstitious so some of that rubbed off on me, but not a lot. Like walking under a ladder - I will not do that.

I do pretty good with Friday the 13th as long as I don't remember that it is actually Friday the 13th. If I think about it, then my day will be a bad one, but if I don't remember, usually I'll have an ok day. I guess it's all in the mind. But now that you've reminded me,

It never really even occurs to me that I should be worried about it. In fact, if you hadn't mentioned it I wouldn't have even thought of it in that way until someone else said it. No matter how many times I saw that it was the 13th or how well I know that it's Friday!

I realized yesterday that tomorrow would be Friday the 13th. I hate it. My grandmother passed away on Friday the 13th. I really would like to just wake up Saturday morning and skip tomorrow...please.

It doesn't really make any difference to me. I don't recall anything bad ever happening to me on Friday the 13th, and I'm not generally superstitious.

it's funny how superstitions are different all over the world. Here in France friday the 13th is a lucky day! Here everyone rushes out to buy lottery tickets on that day because it's supposed to be lucky!

I'm not suspicious at all. I love black cats crossing my path (cuz they're beautiful); I will walk under ladders if it's the shortest route; and I'll also open an umbrella in my house even if people freak over that.

Last year in August, on Friday the 13th, some pretty freaky things happened. Well a hurricane made us evacuate Myrtle Beach on that Friday, then on the way home, the gas tank was punctured by something in the road & gas was going everywhere. Something else happened but I forget now? But all in all it was a crud day, "bad luck abound". But it was just circumstance, not superstition!

So far so good today. The sun's out, it's payday, and I've got a great weekend ahead of me!

I like that idea! Why can't we have a lucky day in the US?
