I got 7 episodes from a friend of mine and I must say that I am impressed. Really impressed. I just got Done watching the 4th Episode "World War III." What are the thoughts on the new series and someone told me that the new Doctor quit the series... is this true?

yeah he quit because he didnt want to be typecast or something.
apparently he's going to play the evil monk Silas (havent read the book so unsure if the name is right) in the Da Vinci Code film coming out.
havent seen Dr Who. whats the girl who plays Rose like (billie piper) she's a failed popstar so i'd be interested to see how her acting is.

Its a shame that he quit. He's a darn good Doctor. Quick, witty and charming. Not as good as Tom Baker, but almost. Rose (Billie Piper) isn't bad. I can't see her as a singer but she's not bad for the role that she is doing. Thanks for the info...
