Ryan helped me sort out a problem on my computer after i had been messing around with the buttons on it and totally lost my pm pop ups
He was so patient, and sent me diagrams with step by step instructions on what to do, because i'm a numpty when it comes to technical things on a computer

No. It would be a problem on your computer. Have you ever considered downloading Winamp? It's a good, free media player.
