Haven't decided yet. Running and errand after work-so it might be a salad and the last of the wine I opened Monday!!

For real! Lol at the paper towels, we keep a roll between us when we have ribs! We have a chain of BBQ restaraunts that originated in Tuscaloosa (Roll Tide!) called Dreamland BBQ, and the guy who bought it out is spreading them throughout the south.....if any of you get a chance, try 'em sometimes...but I digress....he also sells the sauce by the quart, and that's what we use, its a bit spicy, but not too hot either. Great, now I'm hungry!

It depends greatly on whether my Little (I volunteer at Big Sisters) wants to go out for dinner and if so where. If she doesn't, I'll probably have the left over hamburger that is sitting in my :censor::censor::censor::censor: just waiting to be warmed up.

Well, last night I did a curried chicken sautee, with snap peas and mango, served with "experienced" rice. Haven't really thought about tonight, since I've only just finished my cinnamon bun, but it will likely be less exciting. I was feeling guilty last night -- and deprived -- having not been home to cook dinner Monday night -- and needed both to play a little and to do something nice for my sweetie.
Today will just be Wednesday, I think -- maybe hamburger patties and panfries with a veg of some kind. Or smokies on a bun with salad. Dunno. We'll see.

Ooooo. What a great name, Dreamland BBQ. Hub and I use the Jack Daniels BBQ sauces. Mmmm.

We had ravioli (eigentlich "Maultaschen", fwan) and a cucumber/pepper/radish salad. The (frozen) beef & spinach ravioli were bought, but the tomato sauce was made from scratch, and the ingredients for the salad came from our greenhouse.
