What is the cutest thing your cat has ever done?

Last night, I was upset and crying I got into bed fully clothed and little boy Guinness climbed on the bed and sat right under my arm and kept on putting his paws on my neck, whilst purring. I think he knew that I was upset!

This is so unusual for him as he really only snuggles on my legs/feet when I am in bed so I was quite taken aback by his unexpected cuteness! When I woke up this morning he was still there and gave me a little headbutt to say "good morning" awwww Guin

teufel does it to me too when im crying he will come and lick my face.

And when im screaming at bf teufel will come and bite me gently saying to stop!

Lovey pats my face and neck too when I am crying....I think they know something is wrong as they can sense heightened sad emotion in their owners...with their cat sense..
But they have no idea what is going on....
They take over the "mothering" for that while ?

Awwwwwww Gilly When my boyfriend and i split, i obviously shed tears I only had Rosie at the time and she would lie on his pillow next to me, and in the mornings she would put her paw on my cheek as if to say "It's ok mum!" Awwww

This is why i love them so much because they give you unconditional love!

I need Guin now actually (just been crying in the loos at work ) but... I didn't want to make this a thread about me and my tears so sorry about that!

Awww so cute what they do, and yes Susan, unconditional love better than any human can give as they are so loyal

My neighbours cat, BamBam really gets scared when ppl shout. There are kids in the gardens near us and sometimes they scream .. he runs and hides! lol He can feel the tension and upset.

haha Guin has patted me on the face before to wake me up. One time he was standing on my chest just staring at me and I woke up to his EYES freeked me out considering it was about 4am and pitch black and all I could see were his eyes! lol Thats a pretty cute thing to do though!

Aww, I'm overwhelmed by the cuteness! Actually, Ziv did the cutest thing ever just last night, so this thread is perfectly timed!

I usually sleep on my side, hugging one of those long "body pillows." Often, this is the only position in which I can fall asleep. In the middle of last night, Ziv curled up on the pillow, right in the space between my stomach and my legs. (Can anyone visualize this? I'm finding it very hard to describe.) Anyway, that's cute, but I rolled on to my back a little later to give him more space (see the "Slaves to our kitties" thread). An hour or so later, I woke up on my back, my right arm stretched out to the side, and Ziv sleeping curled next to me, with his head and paws resting on my shoulder. It was such a human-like pose! Of course, I couldn't sleep very well that way, but it was too cute to wake him up.

Awww Gilly are you hormonal?

I think the cutest thing Meish does is nuzzle her face into my shirt when we cuddle and knead on my chest of arm. Its adorable and something she only does to me.

There's a huge list but I'll try to pare down:

Every morning & night at feeding time, Hammie "talks" to me all the way into the bathroom where he is fed by himself. He has his own language! He does this kind of growly-talk while he eats, too, we can hear it behind the closed door.

After every feeding, Snickers goes *bonkers*. I guess he feels really good? He runs through the house & attacks corners, boxes, the other cats... his ears go back, his floofy curly tail goes flat, & he just bolts all around the place. It's hilarious! The cute part is, he mis-judges walls & chairs & runs into them, but keeps right on going.

Dusty gives lovins when we're sick. When I was knock-down ill during the holidays she did NOT leave my side. Purring, kneading, staring at me with her lovely green-apple wide eyes. Dusty also gives hugs, wrapping her arms around our necks. She also sits up & begs like a dog.

K.C. does the hair thing with me... sleeping on my hair every night. She chews on it first & makes a nest, then sleeps. We don't see much of her but every night I just can't get to sleep til my K.C. is on my head.

Miss Jess begs to be brushed.. every morning without fail, she gets up on the cat tree & rubs & meows til someone brushes her. She won't let us leave til we do!

Zorro is cute just from his sheer size... he's a big-boned cat with big paws, big face & big heart. He acts all loving and tender at times but will turn on a dime & bite your arm off. I think it's cute cuz I warn people about him and they never, ever believe me... til they wind up missing part of their flesh.

Chocolate would be so nice... But I went out of a ciggie instead!

Conner cuddles up close to me in bed while I am laying on my side. He faces me and snuggles really close against my chest and tucks his little head under my chin,, the really cute part is that he has to hold me. He reaches his little paw out to touch my and hold me like a hug. It makes my heart melt, and if his paw falls off in sleep he dreamily reaches back out for me,,it usually then winds up on my face or in my mouth,, but it is cute anyway!!! It, to me, is a sign of pure love and affection that he wants to hold me!!

I love these stories!! Melts my heart!

Lucky is my baby, had her since she was 4weeks old (and i have to claim credit for all her bad habits! ) But she acts like a little kid sometimes. She'll come up to you and meow and then put her paws up asking to be picked up. She'll then sit in your arms with just like a toddler. The comparison falls apart when she starts headbutting me and trying to see just how close she can cuddle me. She seems to know just when i need this...and I guess I know when she needs it too.

Rambo...well he's a little hellion,always fighing with lucky... but deep down he's a big baby. He'll fall asleep and then wake up and if we've left the room he'll let out this little meow and come running to find me so he can cuddle and suckle my shirt till he falls back to sleep.

I don't know how I lived without these two!

Trouble, one of our 1y/o boys, is totally fascinated with the act of humans using the toilet.
He even tries to convince me that I have to go to the bathroom and leads me there.
He also likes sleeping in half of the double kitchen sink, and singing/talking to everyone that walks in there.

I'm not sure what it is about the toilets, (sorry if this is TMI) Lucy will hop up in my lap and lean her head against my chest. She only does this while I'm in the bathroom though. When I'm on the couch she won't do this.

Now that I'm up 3-4 times a night going to the bathroom, Daisy gets up with me, follows me to the bathroom, waits till I'm done and then follows me back to bed. It's like she's making sure I'm safe.

Annabelle is just Annabelle, everything she does is weird.

When Bakker was a "younger kitten" I found him curled up in the bathroom sink sleeping. His current thing is to crawl into the dishwasher when I am either emptying or filling it up. I think however Sheba did the most cute things. When I would come home from work or go to bed she would race upstairs and stand by the bathroom sink "talking to me" and sometimes licking the faucet if I wasn't quick enough. The other thing she did was she found the foam warm water pipe insulators in the basement. They were 3 ft long and she dragged those things up sometimes 4 flights of steps.
