Teufel woke me up this morning by throwing plastic bags around the room. when i went back to bed after confiscating everything, i moved my leg but i pulled the muscle so hard that it was hard to go back to sleep, i hopped to the alarm clock to turn it off, its now 12:30 and i still cant stand on my leg, it really hurts.

This morning when bf poked my spine in his sleep i was screaming with pain, although when i touch it now it doesnt hurt at all?
this has been going on for a few days now, i got him to do it the same thing when we are both awake and it doesnt hurt


Does anyone have any ideas whats wrong with me?
and how to get my muscle back into place BY TODAY!?

i have no water bottle

and i have to do housework and homework, so its going to be a really hard and sore day

How are your legs?? are they getting any better?

In lieu of a hot-water bottle you can either soak in a hot tub (assuming you have one, I know it's getting to where people have showers instead) or you can soak a washcloth in hot water, wring it out, and put it on the most painful muscles until the washcloth cools, then do it again.

Girl you must have really pulled something. My hip bothers me (it's getting better) but then I'm 48 so I have an excuse
. You don't have one!

i pull these muscles atleast once a month, and usually it goes away quick but not today!

My knees have been really sore for about a year, and i dont know if im getting atheritis.
I really need to go to a doctor because my whole body is screwed
and i know im only 18 but i feel life is short

You can make a hot compress. Heat some water - but not boiling, place a cloth in it (small towel or flannel) and then ring it out. Wrap it in another towel and use that!

I'm still in the same amount of atrocious pain, but I'm hoping accupuncture will work well for me!
(otherwise it's more surgery
)

Alternate between ice and heat, ten minutes cold, ten minutes hot for an hour. The ice reduces inflammation in the muscle, then the heat soothes it.

I have always been told that for a pulled muscle, use R.I.C.E
Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation.

Don't ice for longer than 20 minutes though!

And nice hot baths are good for the resting part...
ahhhhhhhh

1.- Put 4 cubes of ice in a glass

2.- take 2 portions of Whiskey

3.- serve some peanuts in a snack plate.

4.- Mix the Glass with Ice with the Whiskey

5.- Drink and eat the Peanuts....

Maybe this not quit you the pain,
but is surely you FORGET ABOUT IT!
