not feeding kittens

ok here i am again asking question lasophie hasnt been inthe box all day with the kittens is this normal??they r now one is 4 weeks and miracle is 3 weeks about...?

Mine will be 5 weeks tomorrow. (wow) For about the past week, Elsa has taken little breaks from the babies. They have the whole basement, and Elsa now occasionally comes up and asks to be let upstairs, where she has a drink and lies around for 5 - 10 minutes.

Are your babies playing with each other? Do they miss her when she goes or is she going after they nurse so they're satiated?

Not being in the box with the babies all day is not normal for a good momma kitty. Can you confine her to the room where the box is located?

ok she came back and nursed them.. i got kitten formaula and baby bottles incase i need them....

they r playing wiht each other a little bit.. there still pretty shaky on the legs ... lasophie nurses them then leaves box so they r sound asleep content.... except today she wasnt in box most of the day and the kittens didnt seem to mind they just slept the whole time

They could just be weak if she isn't feeding them all day, not just sleeping. I would keep her confined in the room, and if possible with the kittens as well- by putting them all in a cleared out closet floor, and using a baby gate to keep mom in there with them. They still need her milk, her warmth and her attention if they are going to survive the rocky start they had. She could be sensing they are not right- and her instinct would be to leave them, or cast them out of the nest-
