I guess even icebergs like to be cozy...but to the tune of $83,000?! Sounds like some suspect government spending to me! Unless, that's what the residents really wanted...

Its a reflective sheet of material rather than a blanket to keep it cozy
Stuff like this makes me so sad and fearful of what we are doing to the planet with our excessive consumerism, pollutants from cars/vehicles, etc...

Though the glaciers may melt and cover the earth before then.
Our landfills may also reach critical mass before that time and then again our food growing fields may reach the point of being entirely unusable and we will have to resort to cannibalism
Its a waiting game really!
Until then, carpool or public transit, recycle and buy less
